Our approach
We only act for people injured in car accidents or incidents caused by the negligence of others. Examples of the work we do include injuries caused by property that was in a dangerous condition (so called slip and fall cases) and professional negligence cases. We are successful trial lawyers who through hard work and dedication have earned the respect of our peers, the Court, and most importantly, our clients.
We believe that accident victims are entitled to fair compensation for the pain, suffering and financial losses that they have sustained. While we want to resolve every claim as quickly as possible, we also want to ensure that no claim settles until all the injuries are identified and the losses known. We pursue all possible ways of resolving your file, usually through direct negotiations with the insurance companies or through mediation. However, if we consider a negotiated settlement would be unfair, we won’t hesitate to proceed to trial.
Our clients are our most important asset. We will offer clear advice in plain language and we will advise you of both the strengths and weakness of your case.
We offer fees on a contingency basis. This means you don’t pay any fees unless we resolve your case successfully. If we don’t recover anything on your behalf, there is no fee.
